FREE delivery on all online orders over £650.00 (excluding VAT)

Delivery Charges
Orders under £650.00: £30.00 delivery charge
Residential address delivery:
A surcharge of £10.00 applies.
Please ensure you select “UK Delivery – Residential Address” at checkout.
If not selected, the residential charge will still be added to your final invoice.
Timed delivery options (subject to availability):
Morning delivery (before 12 noon): £13.00
Afternoon delivery (after 12 noon): £13.00
Non-UK Mainland Delivery
FREE delivery on all qualifying online orders

Isle of Wight: £1,250.00 (ex VAT)
Selected Scottish postcodes (AB, DD, IV1–19, IV30–36): £1,250.00 (ex VAT)
Remote Scottish postcodes (HS, IV20–29, IV37+, KW, PA20+, PH, ZE): £1,850.00 (ex VAT)
Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man: £1,850.00 (ex VAT)
Northern Ireland: £1,500.00 (ex VAT)
A valid TSS number must be provided along with your GB EORI number
Shop In-Store & Deliver Later
Customers purchasing in store can request delivery to anywhere in the UK.
Delivery charges may apply depending on order size and location.
International & Global Orders
We supply customers worldwide. Please note the following:
All export orders must be collected from our London warehouse by your nominated freight forwarder
Collections must be pre-booked in advance
Goods are not available for same-day collection
No collections on weekends
Minimum order value: £350.00 (excluding VAT)
Orders are typically ready for collection within 5–7 working days
(Up to 10 working days during peak times)
VAT-exempt orders require valid supporting export documentation from your shipping agent
Export & Container Services
D2G Scotland Ltd offers professional export solutions, including 20ft and 40ft container loading and FMCG export support.
Please contact us directly for tailored export quotations and assistance.
Republic of Ireland
Due to ongoing post-Brexit regulations, we are currently not shipping directly to the Republic of Ireland.
Orders can be arranged on an Ex-Works London basis.

Re-Delivery Policy
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the delivery date.
If no response is received, the delivery date will be deemed accepted.
Failed deliveries or missed slots will result in re-delivery charges, which will be passed on to the customer
Please ensure all delivery instructions are clearly entered in the checkout comments box

Order Cancellations
Online order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order
Requests made after this period may be accepted at D2G Scotland Ltd’s discretion
A 25% restocking fee may apply where cancellations are approved after processing
